A decade ± ago I installed an exhibition in a space that Citibank had just moved out of. They left lots of stuff behind, including a folder devoted to bank robberies: manuals, forms, signoffs, etc. It included this page, which — judging by the bank’s name, the revision date, and the styles — dates from 1963.
